Yogamaster Meditations

Yogamaster grew out of more than twenty-five years of yoga and meditation teaching. That kind of teaching reaches about as far as a room: the people who can show up in person, on a schedule. Yogamaster Meditations exists to take it past the room, into a practice someone can keep up on their own, any day, anywhere.

Yogamaster is a partner product. The teaching, the content, and the voice come from the practice behind it; Appollo41 brings the product and the engineering, and holds a stake in the result. Both sides are building the same thing, not handing a brief back and forth.

The hard part of an app like this is faithfulness. Guided sessions work because they are paced, calm, and trusted. Move that into software and the product has to carry the same quality with the teacher no longer in the room: the right session easy to find, the playback unhurried, nothing on screen breaking the calm it is asking for.

Yogamaster Meditations is live on iOS and Android.

Two ways to practice. The app holds standalone guided meditations for a single sitting, and longer training programs that run as a sequence of sessions. Someone can drop in for one meditation or work through a structured course over weeks.

Browsing the library. Every session carries a level, from beginner to advanced, a length, and tags for what it is for, like calm, focus, or mental clarity, so the catalogue stays easy to navigate as it grows.

Guided video. Sessions are video led by the teacher, paced for practice rather than performance. Playback is the core experience, and the screen around it stays quiet so it never competes with the session.

Progress. The app keeps track of practice over time, so a habit becomes something a person can see.

Subscriptions. Yogamaster is free to start, with a subscription for full access. That puts store billing on both platforms in the product from day one, with the purchase and restore flow built to be reliable.

One codebase, two apps. iOS and Android run from a single Compose Multiplatform codebase, the user interface included. Each feature is written once and ships on both platforms, which keeps a small team moving and the two apps identical.

Built around video. The core of the app is video playback, and getting it right is most of the real engineering. Sessions stream cleanly on both platforms, hold up over a long sit, and recover gracefully when something interrupts them.

Content, not code. What makes a meditation app is its catalogue, and that catalogue keeps growing. Serving it from a backend Appollo41 built means the product can expand for years without an engineer in the loop for every new session.

What shipped. Yogamaster Meditations shipped on iOS in late 2025 and on Android, a complete first version: a library of guided meditations and training programs, levels and tags, progress tracking, and subscriptions, the same on both platforms.

Where it stands. The product is in its first year and building an audience. The work in front of it is reach rather than engineering: getting the app in front of the people who would practice with it, and growing the library as they do.

What it proves. Yogamaster is the partner twin of Finlab. Where Finlab is the studio as its own client, Yogamaster is the studio as a product partner: Appollo41 taking deep domain expertise and turning it into a shipped, cross-platform product it has a stake in, not a vendor invoice.
